    Bulking, cutting, maintenence cycles

I'd just like some insight/remarks on my diet in each specific cycle. Stats if needed are 20 yrs. old/ 6'2''/ 195 lbs./7-8% bodyfat

    Bulk: 300-400 g carbs
    300g protein
    100g fat

    Cut: 150g carbs
    200g protein
    20-30g fat

    Maintenence:
    200-250g carbs
    200-250g protein
    40g fat

keep in mind that this is just the basics of the diets not including flaxseed, vitamins, or other supplements.
    Thx, DbP

you are aware that those figures will change as soon as you start to gain/lose fat/muscle right?

flaxseed oil should be counted into your macro's because it is a food even though its labeled as a supplement is has caloric value (as opposed to vitamins, creatine and such). Same goes for whey, dextrose etc. i don't really consider those supplements, more a part of a typical bb'ers diet.
