Ok so I've been (reluctantly) :barf: taking PrimaForce Lean Green Tea Extract. Is the recommended 2 pills a day (1000 MG) enough for fat loss and/or significant health benefits?
 
I am currently taking 1000 mg daily and that should be plenty. But why are you puking?
