It's amazing that after all these years of research and studies that the health organizations are just now coming to realize what most of us have been knowing and following for so long. I'm talking about eating the right type of carbs and eating more lean protein and how fats aren't bad. Also they just had a thing on the news on how people shouldn't always rely on BMI to determine if they are overweight. Its kinda funny don't you think. Has anyone else noticed this as well? I don't know how things are in other countries tho.
