i have tried the conventional deadlift and found it very uncomfortable to put my hands outside of my thighs. instead, can i use a conventional type deadlift stance( maybe a little wider than shoulder width), and put my hands inside my thighs.
it wouldnt be a problem at all, but as with any lifting especially deadlifting proper form is absolutely critical to your well being. If you want to read more about that search this site. There is plenty of help already posted
