I'm wanting to switch up my training program. What I'm wanting to do is focus mainly on strength for sports and work. I don't want to get too bulky. Some size of course is ok. Another problem is work schedule and family life, not enough time to spend 10-12 hours a week working out. Any recommendations?? Should I go with H.I.T. or westside? Is there anything else out there? I appriciate any help!

HIT training is good ot total body training. Whith either one of those you can spend anywhere form 2-3 days a week in the gym and the workouts should probably run about 40min long if you do them properly.
