Over the last few weeks I've been using the Glad, Press'n Seal plastic wrap and it works really great. After I cook a bunch of chicken (or steak or whatever) I just package with this stuff and it holds an incredible seal... You can freeze with it just as easily. Then when you want to reheat, just toss the whole package into the micro..
