hello! i am new to all of this and would appreciate some help and advice!
I am a twenty one year old guy, and i lift weights occasioanlly, but i am really interested in getting healthier. i have no idea what type of foods to eat, or what to do!
im about six foot tall, and im about 215 lbs :\ ya, a little tubby.
so id appreciate some directing please! like what kind of foods i should start eating, and things like that.
