I tried this the other day something new to do with protein powder
1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
add enough water for a batter
microwave for 2 min.

I also tried this
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 pck. of fat free sugar free lemon pudding mix or any flavor
add water
microwave 2 min.

1-2 scoops berry protein powder
1/2 pck. fat free sugar free cheescake pudding mix
add water microwave 2 min.

It's like eating cake.

Jello brand makes both I think the cheesecake is new. I just found it and i got them at the Walmart grocery. They are awesome banana creme is good also
