l-glutamine on an empty stomach?

How long should I wait after and before I eat to take my l-glutamine, cuz its hard to take it after i lift, cuz i dont want to HAVE an mpty stomach, lol... any help is greatly appreciated

U may want to consider going for Glut peptides instead, less to worry about with the empty stomach thing...My stomach is never empty!
