Working out, eating well, doing my cardio, getting ready for the warmer weather and my competitions!

I'm pretty much with Prince on this one. Always working out except when prevented by injuries, eating mostly well with an occasional indulgence (pizza is a weakness), and as for smoking, my only comment is "What a waste!"
But I'm bustin my glutes in the gym, eating great, trying to get 8hr sleep a night, working, raising rugrats, going on fieldtrips, volunteering for pizza lunches, cleaning, preparing meals, running errands, preparing for a 3part ab seminar I'm doing at my work, generating prospects, doing follow up calls constantly, marketing, consultations, trying to get organized to do 3 Tupperware parties a week, putting up my Melaleuca ads in free webs ads and following up on contacts, trying to find time to take my poor doggies for a walk, fostering cats and kittens, starting my 3month in home study to be a 'people' foster parent cuz I finished my training 2 weeks ago , still trying to find the time to study for my Nutrition and Wellness Specialist certification, updating and keeping current with all the other millions of certifications required for working in gyms, aggghhhhh..........
Not me ... I think I'm fianlly getting a handle on my poor diet, working out 5 days + running and visably dropping fat. I've gained 5 pounds, yet look like I lost 10 pounds from my belly!
I feel great these days, I'm looking better too. The whole reason I started working out was to try and prevent serious injuries when crashing (mtn. bike) but I'm really happy with the way my body is looking. (Is that vain? I hope not.)
As soon as I get my minimum newbie posts behind me I'll post a picture for y'all to enjoy. (ok, so that might sound a bit vain!)
What do you need to kick start yourself there SuziQ ??
Suzi Q . I work out regularly and eat as well as i can . But i join you on the smoking front ( nasty habit , hard to quit ) But i am smoking a lot less these days .
Summer is just arounf the corner and i plan on being prepared for that first day on the beach . I 've done the whole cramming thing before at the end of winter . Not any more , besides i am genuinly begining to feel and look great . I don't like giving that stuff up .

Working out again..after 6 weeks off... eating OK? not nearly as good as I should... starting to a cardio routine down... I hate running so I've put together a quazi circuit training program... wanna Lose fat... wanna get down to 8% BF by April...
Hey IAB... Lost your job? or just a different position? things are real tuff hear.... I still have my Job but my Commission checks are half of what they were just 12 months ago...
