Well since January I've been trying to cut a little bit. In the first two months i lost about 6lbs, and I'm confident most was water at first then mostly bodyfat since my lifts were still increasing a little bit and i could tell by looking in the mirror, my abs were showing more and the fat on my chest decreased. Well i doubt i lost more than a whole pound through March but my lifts stayed the same but my workouts were slowy getting a little worse. Well now for the past two weeks my workouts have been great and my lifts are increasing again. I haven't made any changes to my diets and I'm doing nothing different except we bought and elliptical and im not using the one at the gym. The only thing i can think of is that I'm not burning as much on our elip. so i'm not burning so many cals. Any thoughts from anyone? or has this ever happened to yall? sorry it was such a long post.
