I have been back almost a month...I think you are probably right and its time to up the weight and lower the reps. Thanks for the input.

buff_tat2d_chic said:Actually it went great! Thanks for asking. I didn't eat everything in site...was pretty good and at a small, small amount of bar-b-q etc...and I only drank 1 and 1/2 drinks!! I just wasn't interested. So I don't think I fell too far behind.
