Ive looked in alot of others bulking diets and low fat( 1 percent) milk isnt really included too much..should i use milk or shouldnt I? would 2 glasses a day be alright?
I swear, i think about stuff way too much..im about 5'4(midget :( ) 170 pounds.

If you are not a few weeks out from a comp or lactose intolerant, and if it fits into your daily calorie requirements then skim milk is fine.

If you are bulking then it is certainly fine.
 
is 1 percent ok? i get good deals at my local retail store for 1 percent. i get it for like 3 bucks per gallon. skim milk at my local supermarket costs me $4.50:yell:
 
as long as it fits calorically i see no problem. the skim will just have less cals since there is no fat in it.
