Ive looked in alot of others bulking diets and low fat( 1 percent) milk isnt really included too much..should i use milk or shouldnt I? would 2 glasses a day be alright?

is 1 percent ok? i get good deals at my local retail store for 1 percent. i get it for like 3 bucks per gallon. skim milk at my local supermarket costs me $4.50
