    I wouldn't cook with whey, the protein structures are very fragile. whey is manufactured at the lowest temperatures just for that reason. cook with either egg protein or milk isolates...

    Is this company lying to the consumers? telling them that you can bake with this?

    not exactly lying...but they don't tell you that you will lose some protein content by directly heating whey protein

    I went and bought 1 small container, I havn't used it yet, but I was planing on mixing it with my morning warm oats

    just mix the whey in with the oats after they have been removed from the heat source. no problems that way or "whey"..lol
