Milk will give you some Ca, but it will give you plenty more lactate that will decrease your body's alkalinity.
Ca in shark cartilage is a good source (1gm per 5kg of body weight, spread over a day); it offers 99% absorption. Ca oxide, as found in many Ca vitamins has a much lower absorbtion level in the body, and Ca carbonate has the lowest (~2%). Ca carbonate is available in TUMS like products.
