I have the same problem w/ pasta dishes,any of them.Hi carb stuff in any form can slow me down.I guess we all react differently to certain foods.Sometimes I take athermogenic 30-45min. before I eat and I don't get sleepy and I don't at as much either.Maybe you could try that.
YOU CAN SPEND YOUR TIME ANY WAY YOU WANT ,BUT YOU CAN SPEND IT ONLY ONCE.
