Well I think you can answer your own question on this if your currently taking them. Don't know what your goals are, but after you've reached your goal, you have to access how much those supplements assisted you. Regarding supps, what works for some doesn't work for everybody else. Tell us your goals and supp scheme and we can go from their.
My goals right now are to get another 10 or so lbs on me... as much muscle within that as possible. I take creatine, glutamine, those two supps above, and the occasional taurine. Hard to TELL if they help anything. ALA should help insulin sensitivity, which is good since I spike w dextrose.
I just thought maybe some others had experience with this?
