Lately,i ve come accross some articles in magazines about bodybuilders dying and getting serious illnesses all because of certain practices in bodybuilding.However,im not a professional bodybuilder,im a recreational one that just enjoys lifting.I dont use any type of drugs(steroids) and the only supplements I use are protein shakes and creatine.My question is the folllowing,should a "natural bodybuilder" be concerned about getting a serious illness from following certain diets and using the supplements b4 mentioned???
P.S: I'd rather live a healthy life rather than a life threatening one!
