i just found this website ( http://www.fitday.com/ ) its amazing. you type un everything youve eaten and it breaks it all down so you can see how your diet looks on pie charts and shite. then you can type in your daily activities and it gives graphs of what all is burned and what not. you can also set goals, and it will show how well you are on your way to meeting them. its awesome. you should all check it out.
