so you can't mix carbs,proteins, and good fats together? and i would need to get about 360g of carbs and about 150g of protein a day? and i have no idea about good fats and i should eat about 5-6 meals a day?
 
your talking about putting carbs, protein, and good fats in a meal right? if so then YES you can put them together in the same meal....its called having a well balanced meal. if i were you id shoot for 170g of protein a day. ya 5-6 meals a day should be good.

heres what you should do...make a sample diet and post it on here...include:calories, carbs, protein, and fats for each food in each meal. and we will critique it.
 
general rule of thumb is to eat:

protein/carb meals

and

protein/fat meals

many people seem to feel high levels of insulin is good without high blood lipids
