I have a general question. i heard that the max one should eat in proteins is 1 gram per pound of mass, and anything more than that is too much. im trying to take in about 3000 cal a day. how can i do this without going overboard on the portein? i taking in about 190-200 grams a day. Im trying to get 35% protein 55% carbs and 10% fat. i eat pretty clean.
im about 5'9" 150 pounds. im trying to get to 170.
