I have been out of the game for a while, I used to be antelope on anabolics.com.

Well, my current goal is weight loss (fat) strenght gain. My frame is the way i would want it to be. My ideal physiqe would be 185-195 ripped.
Currently about 230, not ripped.
Any help/ advice on losing the fat is welcome.
I had a trainer a while ago and I still have some really useful diet materials that are dialed in for my personal needs. Its a hard diet always measuring and all that, but it works.
Planning some various supplement combinations.
Has anyone ever tried stacking store bought stuff with like a test/fina set up?
