Hey im new to this board! This seem like a really awesome, supportive board so i decided to try this board out
My goal is to lose 5-7 lbs and tone up my body. Im currently 107, but i want to get down to 100-102 lbs.
I used to be 120-122 lbs but ive lost 12 lbs! Please, if you have any suggestion how to make me lose 5-7 lbs fast, let me know! Id love to hear from you...
FYI, I hate all seafoods or vegetables!

how tall are you? and welcome. there is a lot of good info and advice here but also some very smart and caring people who will help you to do things the healthy way. is this a realistic and healthy goal for you? i'm 5' 9, i'd look like walking death at 102lbs.Originally Posted by americandreams2

welcome what ever your goals are as long as they are healthy we will support them LOL
