Diet is in check. Using Whey protein, glutamine, and CEE. Is there any added benefit from adding 5g of taurine daily?
Thanks for the post. I read that, and a few others. Anyone have a personal benefit story or a "non-sales" pitch on taurine??
Taurine is a under-rated supplement, because is cheap to manufacture and they cant get much profits from it. I recover faster when using it, and my veins show more, heart rate
goes lower too. I use it in my pre-wk drink 2g.
I used it for my SD cycle for the back pumps. Worked fine.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
Does Taurine have any diuretic effect?
I dont know if its diuretic but its certainly underrated as maze said
i think Taurine & Creatine go hand in hand.
my results from my last Creatine cycle were much better when i added Taurine. i had 5g pre workout about 30 minutes after my Whey, Creatine & Gatorade shake.
much bigger & fuller pumps with some extra vascularity. i'm going to start CEE soon & i just can't wait to see the results from that & Taurine.
