I read the book Nutrient Timing System about 6 months ago, and have been following the diet fairly in line while mixing in a few other diet techniques along the way and have had some really good results. I was just wondering if anybody else has tried this diet, and if they share the same enthusiasm as I do. I realize that the book is written as an advertisment for the nutrient timing system brand of supplements, but it all seems to be backed by legitimate studies. Just wondering
