??? Why the servings of whey + all that milk? That is way too much protein.
Take out 1 cup of milk (the full fat) and add some fruit and some walnuts and fish oils instead.

1 ham and cheese sandwich in whole wheat bread
500ml water
Ummm... If you want. But there are better choices...
Add vegetables and make sure the ham is >97% fat free.
Add some avocado to the sandwich.
Swap the bread to essene bread, sprouted bread or whole-grain pumpernickel bread.

lean meat, potatoes n veggies
Add some avocado or fish oils. Otherwise fine.

1 scoop on whey with 250ml water
You are bulking and this is all you are using to recover from the gym??!! Add carbs. Lots of them.
ie:
banana
Skim milk
Thinly rolled oats
grape juice

1 sachet mrp ( myoplex or ON equivelant) 40 g protein 20 g carbs
This is not really a meal and it is not going to be enough of anything (not enough good carbs or any healthy fats).
Use real food instead. Grind up some oats then add some whey and some linseed meal.

lean meat, potatoes and veggies
Add some healthy fats (eg: olive oil).

1 scoop on whey with full fat milk
Drop the whey.. You are relying on too many supplements.
Use skim milk and add some 1% cottage cheese and some walnut or almond butter (or peanut butter).

medium banana.
Add this to your PWO meal (with other carbs too)

3 ltrs of water( with sugar free squash/cordial)

5 black coffees

the occasional sugar free soda
Try to have some plain water.
All those black coffees are going to be REALLY bad for your insulin sensitivity! They will also be dehydrating you too.. So you may want to try some green tea instead. Or at least drink half of them as de-caf. Or at least drink some more plain water to compensate.

Basically - It needs a LOT of work...

I don't have alot of time with the shifts I work so it's convienent to pound down a shake or two, as for the bread, I am currently using whole grain/ granary but can't afford anything different as my parents buy groceries, I've tried whey with oats and I couldn't stomach it.

:hmmm:

Haven't you been 'trying' to bulk up for the last 2 or 3 yrs? Do you think that there is more to it than just not being able to eat enough?

There has to be something that is stopping you from achieving the weight gain - could it be more psychological rather than physiological?

Yeah but I find it hard to stick to a diet and when I do I tend to run out of money really fast and have to go back to square one again.
