i had a personal trainer today to get me some routines done, i am losing weight by weighwatchers and have bout 24lbs to go as a start to reach a normal level of bf% but hes just killed my weights bar the abs and basically just looking for views on this coz i enjoyed doing them.

its alot more cardio and a shorter session than i have been use to, i havn't got both routines on me at the mo but one is

3000m level 10 rowing as fast as poss
2mins break
1000m level 10 rowing as fast as poss
2 mins
500m level 10 rowing as fast as poss
2 mins
100m level 10 rowing as fast as poss

with a warm up and warm down

and then the abs machines and some normal mat exercises

Let me try to in5terpret. You were using resistance training with weights, he told you to not lift with weights, just do that rowing routine you posted and some light ab work. You want to know if that is a good thing.

How was that?

24lbs will drop off with time as long as you put the work in

Fuck your personal trainer - you pay somebody to tell you to do some rowing :hmmm:
