A protein powder, creatine, and a multivitamin?

Whenever I talk to people about adding a new supplement to my diet, most of the time they say glutamin or amino acids.

Im just curiouse why natural testosterone boosters rarely come up. Are they unsafe? Does anyone have any info on the pros and cons of this stuff?

Because there's been conflicting data on if it's actually beneficial to a healthy adult.
