    increasing strength

    Do you get stonger at a faster rate the more muscle you have ?
    im thinking you have more muscle to build upon and you get stronger faster

    There are way too many factors to say for sure. Every gains strength at different rates. The only thing I would say that remains constant is that strength gains usually start to taper off as training age increases, assuming you have been using sound training routines.
