3 tbsp your favorite natural peanut butter
1 and 1/2 scoops of either chocolate milk protein isolate or other chocolate casein based protein
1/2 scoop whey protein isolate

Put ingredients in bowl, adding very small amount of water at a time. Should be very light, airy in appearance

Either eat right out of bowl, or spread across brown rice cakes! Makes for a good pre-bed meal, you can add some straight psyllium husk to it for some fiber.
