1Tbsp Org. PB
Med Banana
1 c. 1% milk
1 scoop Choc. Whey Protein Powder
Totals are:
Cals 563
Fat 18.5
Carb 96
Prot 56.7
I'm wondering if the fat and carbs are too high.....
