Would you say this is a good 2-3 Weeks/ 3 day Full Body Split to gain mass/strength?

Squats 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Leg Extensions 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Leg Curls 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Seated Rows 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Bench Press 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Incline BP 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Barbell Bicep Curls 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Tricep Extensions 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Dips 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Standing Calf Raises 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Shrugs 4 X 6 - 8 reps

if not suggest some splits for me please..

That's going to take you way too long to finish. You'll be in the gym 2 hours easy for that, even with fairly low rest intervals.

Cowpimp knows more about this type of workout,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just go copy one of his or P-funks routines..
But I still changed it a bit......just for fun
