Leg Extensions 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Leg Curls 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Seated Rows 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Bench Press 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Incline BP 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Barbell Bicep Curls 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Tricep Extensions 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Dips 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Standing Calf Raises 4 X 6 - 8 reps
Shrugs 4 X 6 - 8 reps
if not suggest some splits for me please..
