    Arrow ~did i screw up~?






    monday i worked out chest,delts and tri's and today in gym class we were maxing out well not 1rep we were doin 4-5reps and i did that on curls and bench and squats...now my question is did i screw up my routine? b/c i do chest,tr's&delts on monday and i also did bench today and tomorrow i do legs and fri. i do back,bi's,forearms did i screw up my routine?

    I wouldn't max out a day after hitting my chest but even necessarily by choice but because my chest would be so sore I wouldn't be able to physically do it.

    If your able to hit your chest hard one day, you shouldnt be able to do it again the next.
