help getting back into shape

Well I've been out the gym for awhile now i've gained a little weight i'm 16 my height is 6'1 almost 6'2 and my weight 210 dose any of you guys any good pointers on how to turn the fat i've gained into muscle

Fat can not be "turned into muscle."
