This might come out as a stupid question but, would it be safe to eat say breakfast, and then just take two multivitamins a day?
and thats it? Multivitamins are meal replacements in a sense arent they? Id also drink protein shakes for the other stuff I need....and fish oil flaxeed oil, vitamin c, calcium....all that in a pill form
No, it's not even remotely OK. Not in any sense of the word is it "OK." This is even more true if you're bodybuilding.
You should eat 5 or 6 times a day and you should focus on real food. You really to need to read up on the basics of nutrition.
