I'm a pretty skinyy guy(6'1, 145lbs).
I've been trying to start a schedule for lifting and diet, but seem to becoming up short. if anyone has any recommendations for someone in my position it would help tremendously.
For training, start by reading this. As far as exercise selection goes, bodyweight exercises are great for beginners. For example, if you can only do 10 pushups, then work on pushups for a bit before you start bench pressing. Hell, vertical pushups and pullups are often challenging for experienced lifters!
