My user name is section8. I live in the southeast US and work in missile defense as a network analyst. I got into weight training after high school 10 years ago for about a year and then quit. Since then I have went from 6ft 222lbs 31in waist to 235lbs with 37in waist. I am currently at 197lbs with a 34in waist. I started going back to the gym about a month ago to lose weight and have lost 15 to 17 lbs in a month by dieting, and a lot of cardio. I am about to get to the point where I want to add muscle and joined the forum to get information on the best supplements and training ideas.
