Hows it going guys? I've asked some questions on here before and got some pretty good advice in the past so here I am again. I got up to about 190 lbs (check the pic), Now I'm back down to 174 after not pumping iron since April. My pecs have all but disappeared. Plus I dread seeing how much strength I've lost. The only good thing is that my abs are visible now. When I was lifting last year I started using Cell Tech and ON APS Whey protien. I want to start using Creatine again but can't afford Cell Tech, how important is the alpha lipoic acid and other shit thats in Cell Tech but not in cheaper brands? And I haven't used the Whey either but I still have some left, is it good to use or has it gone bad? Thanks in advance for the help.
