well, I just weighted myself, and im 300pnds. starting tomorrow, I need to start working out and making better choice when eating. How can I avoid my mom's cooking? maybe cut down the servings? eat more veggies??? I drink very little water..... sigh. I need some help. all I have home is a treadmill. I just want to lose fat. im 6' tall, I want to be 225. help me out.
