Help - ive got a cold!

IML Gear Cream!
Ive just come down with a pretty intense cold. Any ideas how I can speed up my recovery?

I'm eating normally and having 500mg twice a day of slow release vit c.

Any other ideas?

Cut back on training, zinc lozengers 1 every 2-3 hours for 3-4 days, glutamine 10-20 grams a day. Decrease stress any way possible,
 
ok cool - im off training today but i still have to go to work tonight.

I havent got lozengers but what do you think of zinc tablets - 15mg?
 
you could up zinc to may be 40-60 mgs a day for a week but make sure it is balanced with 2 mgs copper so a deficiecny does not occur

Nutrabiotics Defense plus! I always have some available. This stuff works amazingly at 2 caps 3 times per day.
