    WTF is a garden burger? is it a veggie/soy burger?

    If you are a vegan or veggie than they are ok. However, if you are not, why eat it? Have a real burger

    Really it's up to you. Soy has phytoestrogens but if you are not concerned about that and if you don't eat much of it then it's fine periodically. You may want to clarify what exactly is in those garden burgers though
