Some days are really hard for me to get in 3600 calories during my current bulk. My question is this, if for one day, I was only able to get in say 2800 calories, could I make up for it by eating 800 more calories the next day?

Yep, the human body is not on a 24hr clock.

Just add a meal or two spaced out evenly during the day.....I woulden't binge a huge 1200 cal meal.

as mentioned, cycling calories actually tends to speed up one's metabolism.

by the way, a lot of people find including more liquid meals (ie protein shakes) or more healthy oils (like olive oil) in one's diet makes it easier to reach one's daily calorie goal.

Hey thanks guys. I figured it would be fine, but it was good to hear so many other people say it. I've never tried to cycle calories like that before, anyone have any links to more info on it?
