stumbled across this community and thought I should join up...
I have just started working out again. I looked in the mirror and realized that I hadnt been serious about working out since I played football in High School...and that was 12 years and about 40 pounds ago!
Height: 6 ft
Weight: 280 lb
Chest: 52 In
Arms: 17 In
Waist:40, but I can squeese back into 38's
Legs: doesnt matter...i have solid legs and was voted sexiest calves in college..they are Aronld-esque...
I want to get bigger arms, a more definded chest, and get down to a 36 inch waist. I have a good starting point, but all I know are football workouts!

Im not looking to add a lot of weight, but what I take off to gain the body is acceptable to me...
