I lift very intense. I do chest, shoulders, tri's monday and back biceps tuesday and legs wed. Then I start over and I usaly switch over the weekend so 1 group gets 3 days rest is thad good? Some days I still feel a little sore. Am I hurting myself or is it good? I'v got mixed feelings from my friends.
