I know this is really stupid now, but I was doing really heavy seated calves raises a few weeks ago and I think it is what hurt my achillies tendon even though it didn't hurt during the exercise or immediatley afterwards.
The tendon pain went away after about a week but now when I jog my inner shin region of my tibia hurts. I think it is all connected because of a few articles I read. It was my outer (lateral) shin but now it is the inner. I plan on taking it easy for a week and see if it gets better.
Isn't it all connected? Do you think my tendon did not heal properly and it is causing problems.
