so ive known that alot of natural foods are really good for bodybuilders and such, so i decided to look it up and i found this site http://www.findarticles.com/p/articl...22/ai_n6108175
but while i was reading it, alot of the stuff seemed TOO good to be true, like the whole part that grapefruit helps u shed fat, maybe ppl already knew this but i didnt. can anybody go here and tell me if this is true or not.
