    30 min. of cardio = How much on Weights ?

    What would be the equivalent of doing 30 minutes(400 Cal.) in cardio on
    weights ?
    Im trying to estimate the number of calories i burn into my diet.

    Depends on what exercises you do and, how much weight you're moving, the level of volume of your training, etc.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    why though?

    just as a point of reference...those 'calories burned' numbers on cardio machines drastically overestimate.

    hasnt it be proven that on certain cardio excersise on cals burned a minute?

    Bike- 9cals
    Tred-16
    Elipitcal like 12.........

    i thought i read that somewhre before but i have no idea how they can prove that because someone jogging on a tred is gonna burn more cals than someone walking on the tred for the same time period

    worry more about your diet adn what you are intaking then how much you are burning through exercise. IF all you care about is burning calories through exercise it would be a good idea to start running marathons.
