i know running faster has to do with fast twitch muscles and stuff but is there a way i could increase my sprinting by weight lifting? Like which muscles would help me run faster, hamstrings, quads, calves...
That's a fairly base question. You need to do some (very) basic learning about bodybuilding. Asking this question indicates that you've done no learning on your own.
In any case, you need to read up on training specificity and familiarize yourself with the standard exercises.
