Okay, here is the nutrition boy speaking. Eat a well balanced diet, which is really not hard to do, just takes a little time to prepare your meals, and you won't have to spend a fortune on a multi.forum9351 said:I just got on a multivitamin that I bought from the guy I but my protien from. He said he uses it and that hes satisfied. Problem is, it says take two a day and its $11 for 30 pills!! so thats $11 for every 15 days! Does it really matter what multivitamin you take?

A well balanced diet with real food, not processed stuff will give you most of what you need.40-yard dash_2 said:Okay, here is the nutrition boy speaking.
