its fine, i workout sun-thurs and rest fri and sat.
on Fri and Sat i eat things i never eat on weekdays and never ever would, but im still looking leaner every week (im cutting). I think the body enjoys the unusal food and rest for those 2 days.
what happens if u never cheat? isnt that the best way to cut?
negative, your body will grow used to the foods and metabolism will start to slow. You need to shock yourself by doing some sort of refeed of shitty foods. The best of them being a high carb lower fat items, such as pancakes, pies, fruits in syrup. Things like that. Can't remember off the top of my head why the fats are in a refeed like this are bad but i'll find it.
